"Though the parts for our unit were unavailable and the refrigerator could not be repaired I am still very pleased with the service I received from Absolute. The technician arrived when he said he would and provided a quick assessment of the problem along with possible solutions. Unfortunately the components necessary to do the job were no longer in production. Still I would recommend Absolute to my friends."
