"They were excellent to work with for our new windows and front door. We hung in there with them because Covid and problems of manufacturing that they didn't have any control over. "Tony Ferrell does a great job. Not only did he travel all the way to Greeneville for this project but he sacrificed more time than the job should've taken. First he removed my waterheater which was in a tight compartment space ( mobile home) and took it back to Lowes for me to be replaced ( was still under warranty) but stayed there with me while I had to deal with Lowes customer service over replacement. We were actually there 3 1/2 to 4 hours before we finally got a new water heater. Which Tony hauled back to my home and installed. He never complained, didn't leave a mess in my house, and did a wonderful job. Although I was stressed out over the issues I had with Lowes and the time that we had spent there I was still grateful for Tony seeing this job thru for me.
