"I was looking for a roof repair for a leak and after meeting with multiple businesses i decided to go with All Roofing and Construction. The price was reasonable and fair and Anthony was attentive and answered all of my questions regarding process and materials. He graciously went above and beyond to reschedule our initial appointment after an unavoidable schedule conflict which showed me how serious he was about his work. Once the work was completed, unforeseen weather created more complications and he stood by his work and came back to redo the job to make sure everything was perfect. They were effective and great communicators and I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Repair, Vinyl Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
"Carlos and his team were fantastic. We had an emergency leak in our roof that destroyed our interior ceiling. After calling him, he turned up quickly, on time and late at night nonetheless. A very high stress situation that Carlos turned into low stress. I would even classify our project as extremely complicated as our roof is quite complex, and Carlos was able to find a solution asap. His team worked fast and extremely efficiently and his costs were completely reasonable. His final product was beautiful, clean and professional. We will absolutely be using Magic Renovation in the future as our experience was so wonderful! Thank you!"

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
