Found out that Decks Unlimited was the subcontractor for one of the big box companies. I have a familiarity with residential construction, and unlike other companies, they didn't try to BS me. Again, unlike others, did not try to up sell me. L Very pleased with their work. They worked well within my HOA constraints. Just had an issue with clean up after the work was done, but I honestly believe it was because of weather, which put them behind schedule on other jobs. Who would have thought we would have rain and snow in the same week that late in the spring? I would highly recommend them."

We employ only experienced and dependable workers with an eye for detail. We strive to maintain courteous and friendly relationships with our clients. We are licensed builders by the State of Michigan and we are proud members of the Michigan Historic Preservation Network Resource Council. Our policy is safety first, but we are fully insured for liability and workers compensation. Certificates of insurance are available if needed. We have a long list of satisfied clients. "A man from the company came to give an estimate. Had no tape measure. Told us he couldn't get materials and was turning away jobs. I asked for him to give me an estimate on PVC fence anyway. He said he would get back tome the next day. Three days later I called and left a message to get the estimate. Almost 2 weeks later still have not heard from them. I had 2 other professionals come and both were able to get materials and had the estimates either same or next day. I was happy to hire one of them."
