Having a son with physical challenges brought interest in assisting others with their daily residential living challenges and started to offer a full range of residential ADA compliance accessibility renovations; which led to providing various interior and exterior renovation projects to the community. "The plants used were beat up and not in very good shape. So far they have survived but one tree looks like it might not make it. The irrigation didn't seem well thought out and multiple mistakes needed to be fixed. I asked Kevin to plant Esperanza plants with orange flowers and after the flowers bloomed yellow he stated he would send me a check for the plants. He never sent to check."
