I really appreciated how the representative took time to check with his manager to ensure I was given the lower amount. I received a call to set up the appointment but I didn't answer right away because I did not recognize the caller. I returned the call but the person answering did not have information about who had called me. However, the person who I have first been in contacted got in touch with me and all issues were resolved. The invoice bill did arrive in the mail and the wrong amount was written. But the person who I was communicating via Angie list made sure everything was corrected. "literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."
