I've had many cleaning companies in the past that would start out great, but as the months would pass their level of cleaning would go down. Things would get missed. That hasn't happened at all with Fast and Bright Cleaning. My blinds are always clean, ceiling fans, bathrooms and floors are always cleaned the same as they were cleaned on their first visit. You'll need some specific gear for post-construction cleaning. Wear a respirator, eye protection, and gloves. Vacuum floors, cracks, and dusty spots with a shop vac with a certified HEPA filter. Wet mopping helps pick up even more dust. Vacuum or shampoo carpets thoroughly. Running air filters can also help catch any leftover dust particles floating around.
It's best to schedule your cleaning service one to two days after construction wraps up. This gives any remaining dust and debris time to settle so the cleaning team can tackle every spot thoroughly. Be sure to coordinate with your contractor to avoid any unexpected delays.
