You can see the concrete floor at two entrances near the transition strip. Burke Franklin took pics, admitted the carpet was too short said they'd reach out with next steps in a few days. Got an email from him saying it's our responsibility to pay for repair. DR HORTON hires sub par contractors."

"Todd came to our home to review our request to do a shower remodel. Todd was very personable and gave lots of ideas and said this project should be easy (10 day job) and no more than $2K. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL! Todd has only been to the project once because we asked him to come review the project and during that visit it was agreed that the work done was HORRIBLE. The floor was uneven, the tile was not evenly spaced and we did not get a shelf as we asked for. So Todd agreed that the whole project needed to be started over. Now new guys came to demo and retile the shower. Once the project was "finished" we were still not pleased. Todd recommended a sliding shower door and the door entry way was so small, your shoulders cannot fit through it. The floor is uneven so there are puddles of sitting water. The shower leaks through the door because nothing is level and the shower faucet was never replaced do to the wrong size. Also, they put holes through walls and need paint touchup all around the shower form the demo. Todd refused to come and fix/complete the project. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude throughout the whole project."
