"Tim was extremely professional, friendly, approachable and accessible. I was looking into adding a backup battery or water pressured (hydraulic) sump pump and never having worked with Tim before I was a little nervous. I thought the price was a little more than what I was anticipating but I felt I could trust Tim to do the job right and well so I was happy with it overall. He needed to puncture dry walls in the ceiling in a few places to pull the water pipe through (fyi: they do not patch up the ceilings afterwards, you will need to hire someone else for that) to get the job done. He took time to explain to me what my options were and how he was going to get the job done. Afterwards he showed me how to maintain it and how the system worked. Overall, I would certainly recommend him to others and would hire him again."
