"Thomas Bane is a con artist. My job was done 11/2024. 6 days later the curb and apron started crumbling at the edges. There is a pitch problem leading to water pooling and drainage into my garage. Especially terrible in the winter making an ice skating rink. Then 1 month later the spalling started everywhere and now we have a hole in the asphalt. Thomas Bane has been made aware thru text and email but refuses to show his face over here and explain why the job was pitched inproperly, poured inproperly, and obviously the asphalt is clearly laid improperly. This company royally ripped me off. No wonder he asked for cash. Less than a year later it’s all crumbling away. AVOID!"

"Difficult job because the work is done during good weather then you have to wait for a rain storm to judge if the flooding issue was fixed. Unfortunately, we had very heavy rains right after the job was completed which eroded all of the work and the flooding returned. The company was extremely responsive and came back to redo the entire job. They were also very responsive to my worried emails which included videos of my backyard turning into a lake. Biggest concern for me is finding vendors that will stand by their work so I was very pleased with Scenic View."
