Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. My dental office Signature Smile Designs in both Bradford and Smethport was sorely in need of repainting of ramps and strengthening of those ramps. Darin was respectful and worked ho*** ** that early project. The results were very good. Because of the result, I expanded the entire project especially in Bradford. He has maintained his respect and poise through this challenging renovation of a building built in the 1930’s. He has put in two new bathrooms, a new basement floor, new treatment rooms were updated and much more. He has performed at the highest level! Continuing, he has painted inside, put new cabinets in , and even leveled two very off level floors in two rooms. That project was done with attention to detail and was technically a very difficult task… He got them back to level and we will benefit from his hard work.. "Had some minor difficulty locating stud for one bar. The second bar did not have a hollow wall and the wall behind the tile was concrete requiring a different tool. He did do some cleanup of concrete dust from the tub but pushed residua dust down the drain."

When he went to pick up the frooring. Gino took the time to check it, found it damaged and got it replaced quickly. I had been planning this project for some time and had high expectations. He more than exceeded them all. In the future he will be our first call for any improvements and I would recommend him to anyone seeking quality workmanship from a person that is a pleasure to deal with."
