"Terrible, Hope came out finally, there guy had no supplies, didn't know anything about jet pumps, left to get two small heaters, came back set them up, charged $647.00, said water should unfreeze in a hour, it didn't, we told them, a week later they returned and still couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumber and were fixed in a hour. Hope Plumbing is a joke. They do not have knowledge to work on jet pumps. The pump just needed cleaned just as I told them."

"We picked Centennial for a number reasons, but the biggest reason was that we needed someone that would help us work with our HOA and the permit office in the city. Someone that was not only competent in the construction process but also could communicate logically to these two entities. After almost 3 months we got the go ahead to start the project. This was a 19 x 12 three-season room on an already existing raised 32 x 12 deck. The finish product was better than we expected. It’s gorgeous and we will be using it for a long time. I got the idea to start this project by seeing a few others going up in the neighborhood. Unlike those projects, which included a dumpster and a porta-potty in the driveway for months, this was not needed with Centennial. Outside of some sub-contractors such as painting, flooring, roofing and electrical, the Centennial team did everything else. Unlike other contractors, they were there every day, the hammering (noise) didn’t start until 9:00 am and they were gone by 5:00 pm, after completely cleaning up the area. Professional is the word I have to use. Brent Ash understands not only the project but also what’s important to his client, and Dave, his site manager is only a phone call or text away. His team members are knowledgeable, hard working and very considerate of the homeowner. The project started the last week of January and had a few interruptions for permit approvals, but was finished by the second week of March. Some of those days were extremely cold, yet except for the permit holds, they were there every day. All the materials used were of high quality. We give Centennial the highest rating for their quality of work and their professionalism."

"Disappointed. Their plumbing side did a great job for us 9 years ago, but had a bad experience with their hvac side. They tech didn’t explain what he found clearly and told me I should get a new furnace. 3 days later, I never received a call back to get a quote or my emailed receipt although they did cash my check. I ended up going with another company who fixed my issue by replacing a part."

"At the beginning the work started well but by the end the quality of work especially the drywall was subpar. Tom is slow in getting a quote to you but does respond. Tom is very nice but his staff is not professional especially Dave. I thought with Tom being in business as long as he has would be able to provide in a professional manner quality work. It is not true. Tom asked if I wanted his guys to take up the carpet. I thought ok. However, they tore up to 10 inches of drywall off many of the walls. They attempted to repair them but the work was subpar. I thought they were winding up work so I contacted the painters. The painters came in. There was tension between the paint foreman and Tom's crew. They were squabbling like elementary children on the playground. (I am not happy with the painters either but this is a separate matter) The walls unfortunately got painted with the poor drywall job. The painter did provide a drywall person to repair the worse spots. There are still poor spots on the walls but I wanted Tom and his crew out of my space. Each of the respective parties were blaming each other. This behavior is so unprofessional. On Friday last week, Dave was yelling at me over errors I did in trying to improperly apply color to the walls so I could see what it looked like (I applied the paint way before any drywall began). Again, because of poor communication the painters just painted over the poor drywall job. I did agree to pay for it since it was my mistake that should have been brought to my attention long before it was even painted over. Dave did such a bad job that there were air bubbles in the drywall because he did not let it set before he painted over it. Tom did have his other guy fix it. It looks better but not perfect. I had Tom put two new toilets in the space. There is now a big gash in the brand new floor where the floor doe not meet the toilet. There was not even going to be an attempt on Tom's part to fix this. In my opinion, all of the unnecessary drywall could have been avoided by properly having his guys take up the carpet right to begin with. I paid over $8,000 for unnecessary drywall, If you only have Tom's crew do the bare minimum that you need done for your project, then you are in good shape but BEWARE of them doing anything extra as it will cost you!"

"We just had our upstairs bathroom completely remodeled Springer came out super fast gave us a responsible quote for the work and got start pretty quickly. The crew members were super professional and polite and did fantastic work. Duane the ower was super nice and came out to the house after it was done to make sure we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for future projects. The work they did was well worth the money we paid it most certainly added value to our home. "CSI, and specifically Przemek Rabin, did great work for us on our property. When I called John, he answered the phone, took the time to talk with me and understand what the situation was. Once I had Przemek go over there and give us a bid, their value and pricing was fair, they got to work. They completed the work and additional work necessary for the property almost 2 weeks quicker than quoted. Przemek kept us up to date and informed of everything as well as sent photos almost daily to let us know how things were progressing. It wasn't an easy process, and there was a few hiccups along the way, but we got through it and hope to use their services again. Highly recommend!"
