"Amazingly I typed in a request on a Saturday night, expecting (at best) to hear from this repairman on Monday. Instead Larry called me the same night! And offered to assess my clothes washer the next morning between 10:00 and 12:00! The next day Larry called me when he was on his way, arrived within his window, and was very friendly and entertaining. Most importantly Larry seemed very familiar with how to diagnose my problem—his many years of experience shows! Even though Larry had to give me bad news (the replacement part would cost more than a new clothes washer), he made the whole experience so pleasant and explained the problem so well that my husband and I could accept his assessment with confidence. Larry also gave us some tips on the type of new washer and features he thought we should look for, etc. Larry clearly deserves 5 stars!"
