"We hired Todd to repair water damage we experienced in our home. Todd took on the entire job from removing all the furniture on the 1st floor and refinishing the hard wood floors throughout the 1st floor. We had a lot of water damage on the 1st floor that made it way into the basement damaging walls and other content. Todd and his crew repaired the basement stairs, and installed new chicken wire on the basement walls and refinished the walls with concrete along with pouring 2 new slabs in areas that were compacted earth. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Todd and his crew went above and beyond what any other contractor would have done to my home. KTLS LLC originated as Keneagy Sod and Landscaping, we have been servicing the Pinellas County and surrounding areas for over 27 years. Lindsey Woodworth took ownership in 1995 from Mr. Keneagy keeping the same work ethics, commitments and dedications to his company.
"They arrived on time, did a great job of clearing out and laying the sod. They had adviced us in advance that the front of our yard would also be damaged by their equipment (which meant that we had to pay for that sod replacement, as well, although that piece of lawn was perfect before their work, we agreed because we needed the tree stump removed and the side yard repaired, and we believed they would use sod that was healthy and matched our yard). UNFORTUNATELY, the sod they laid in two lines across our front yard, did not match even the color of the rest of our front yard. Now, four months later, the majority of the sod we paid for has ROTTED, the two strips across our front yard have not blended into the rest of our front lawn and in many places has also rotted. We have had a professional lawn service, treating our yard the whole time, and they have now recommended we cut out all the root rot and replace. When I left a message with KTLS, the person returning my call actually laughed at me for being “aggressive” on my message, because I wanted them to come by and look at the rotted sod. They never came by or returned anymore of my calls."
