We hired Clukey Construction to demolish an old 12x34 ft deck with screenroom area and build a new 12x18 ft deck, as well as frame and install a new exterior door just inside our bulkhead door in the basement, and install a new bathroom exhaust fan and vent it through the roof. The estimate Shawn provided was thorough, accurate, and fell right within the range this type of project should cost. He kept in contact with us from beginning to end and made sure that we were well informed throughout the entire project. Shawn and Neil are extremely professional and hard working. They were onsite everyday as long as weather permitted until the job was complete. Everyday they made sure our property was tidy and safe before leaving. Their attention to detail is impeccable, every cut is precise and fits together tightly. Shawn answered all our questions and was always timely in responding to us. "We had a bathroom that needed a complete gut (right down to and including the joists and supports) and total rebuild/remodel due to water damage from a back-up and slow leak. It was a tough and dirty job, but the BRJ crew handled it with aplomb. Once work began it proceeded quickly and smoothly, finishing in about two working weeks, which was amazing considering the amount of work that needed to be done on this project. Ben and Neil and the rest of the crew were totally professional and a joy to work with, going above and beyond, even tackling some adjacent concerns while still coming in on time and under budget(!). The final product speaks for itself: rock solid, looking great (like a whole new room, really), and a pleasure to use now. Highly recommended!"

"It was a horrible experience, they put on the three screen doors, one which was put on backwards and two do not fit the frame of the doors with broken pieces underneath the screen. Both ceiling jobs turned out like crap, cabinets were adjusted but went back to being loose a couple days later. Our daughter s door was installed ok, the pieces of wood to make the frame or not even sanded down before painted. The door gets stuck now because of improper measurements."
