We hired Clukey Construction to demolish an old 12x34 ft deck with screenroom area and build a new 12x18 ft deck, as well as frame and install a new exterior door just inside our bulkhead door in the basement, and install a new bathroom exhaust fan and vent it through the roof. The estimate Shawn provided was thorough, accurate, and fell right within the range this type of project should cost. He kept in contact with us from beginning to end and made sure that we were well informed throughout the entire project. Shawn and Neil are extremely professional and hard working. They were onsite everyday as long as weather permitted until the job was complete. Everyday they made sure our property was tidy and safe before leaving. Another guy, Jimmy, came & fixed the copper pipe & installed the tile, which took 5.5 hours. Two days later, Orel came & demanded $800 after the whole job was done by Jimmy. Either Orel or Angi owes us $400, as we are on a fixed income. Actual cost to us was at $144 per hour!"
