"This company is something else. Had 2 new units put in July of 2021?3.5 years later? coil leak. Here?s the kicker- they NEVER closed out the permit and will not preform warranty work. They are blaming me for the permit. I have never seen a company that does not handle their own permitting. They want over $3k to replace the coil just for labor. They also say there was a labor warranty extension that was never offered to me. Aside from all of that, they are rude and condescending. I even went into the office to discuss and the GM would not speak to me because he was walking out the door at 4:33pm. I have no A/C and they do not care. Beware!!! Things have changed there."

Our house is almost 30 years old, and the kitchen was dated and poorly designed. The bathrooms, also dated, needed new cabinets and countertops. Our daughter graduated with a degree in Architectural and Interior Design from FSU but currently lives in Dallas. She designed a completely new layout for the kitchen area and sent us plans and 3D modeling to give to Larson. After several meetings with Joe Larson, Ron DeRosa (salesman) and David Fox (project manager) we were able to agree on products and a plan to bring her design to life. I am happy to say they accomplished that task.
