Scott understood and took into account some of the historic details of the summer cottage. When it came time to install the windows and add gutters, they arrived on time, called ahead to let us know they were on the way and were respectful about where to park. The guys were all friendly and worked ho*** ** 2 very cold days. Brandon and Gabe answered all my questions and made sure all the details were attended to. And, they cleaned up well! "Productive was recommended to me by a professional HVAC contractor. He said that he had been recommending them for 20 years. He was right to do so, the team from Productive was excellent. I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours. I was very impressed. It was a rainy day, but the techs made sure to cover their shoes every time they came back into the house. When the job was completed, you wouldn't have even known they had been there.
