"Bob Laurendi and his Vandelay Roofing team are an absolute pleasure to deal with.  They were very responsive to my inquiry regarding my roofing needs, coming over and inspecting the existing roof within three (3) days of my first telephone call.  At that time, Bob explained the various options I should consider in installing a new (flat) roofing system, including cost variances and environmental considerations.  When I made my decision regarding the system I wanted, Bob told me he would have a formal quote to me within the week.
Less than a week later, Bob sent over his proposal and simple contract; I made one or two revisions to the specifications, which he readily accepted, and we scheduled the work for two or three weeks later.  Right on time, he and his crew called and advised me of their intent to start work the following day.  They worked over two (2) days, removing the old roofing system, repairing the wood sheathing where necessary, and installing the new TPO roofing system I had decided upon.  They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly, photographing every aspect of their work for my review.

"The team was very professional; They arrived on-time, as scheduled and were ready to go. Andy, the project lead, carefully checked to make sure he clearly understood our needs. Andy, who was fantastic to work with, was also there throughout the entire project. He made sure we were happy with all aspects of the work being performed. "All Season's did a terrific job on our roof replacement.  Given the size of the job, I obtained multiple quotes from Angie's List roofers in the area.  All Season's provided a very competitive quote, and even more importantly they provided the most detailed quote of all received, with a very clear list of actions, materials and construction standards.  Further, Troy came out to our house twice as part of the competitive bid process and I was able to establish a level of trust in him and his business manager, Bruce, through our multiple interactions.
Troy and the All Season's team completed our roof replacement as scheduled and according to their quote.  The roofing crew was friendly and professional.  We maintained regular communication throughout the process and their were no surprises.
