I then called on March 3rd and cancelled the contract and asked for a refund of the balance. Seven weeks and five calls later and lots of excuses (e.g., manager is out sick, need to follow up on it for you, the refund is in process for issuance, let me check with the manager) I finally receive a refund BUT the refund check was for only $105.50, instead of the $343 remaining in my account. I seldom go to the trouble of writing an online review, but this time I feel compelled to express my displeasure with this company. I wish I hadn't paid the year in advance. They offer a small discount for prepaying, but this saga concerning the refund of my balance has caused me to seriously reconsider ever prepaying anything ever again. Be forewarned. "
