"Four (4) month old Jandy Valve on pool equipment stopped working so I contacted FHL for repair. Owner showed up, inspected the valve and said it needed to be replaced. Immediately after he left I ordered from Amazon at the price of $265.00 a replacement valve. Later that day I was looking at the valve and noticed the wire between the valve and control panel had been chewed by some critter. I cut the line, applied power and valve and it worked fine. Called owner, told him what I discovered and his response was….Goid luck. I’m now going to check with Floridas Licensing to see if they have license for repair."

"I contacted Superior Pools and talked to a receptionist and asked for a quotation on a pool for a home I am building in Bonita National Golf and Country Club. A few hours later the owner of the company, Michael, called me. He must have been upset with his day because he was very abrupt. He told me that they did 34 out of 35 pools in Bonita National. He asked the model of house I was building so I shared that with him. I told him I wanted to get a quotation and he got very abrupt and said all pools were $82,000 to $ 85,000 dollars. I asked about the size of the pool and he said" it doesn't matter that is the price." A friend of mine is building a house on the street over from me and he is having Superior put in the pool and he is paying $ 65,000. I could tell from the tone of his voice he did not want the conversation to continue so I said Thank you and hung up the phone."

There was no need to apologize but I appreciated that he was considerate of my time. He was here for three house and worked tirelessly to locate our leak. He kept me posted and answered all of my questions. My husband came home for lunch and walked through any questions my husband had. D.J. was very professional with a focus on customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use American Leak Detection. This is the right call if you need someone to locate a leak."

"Jess in the office answered all our questions and set up a free estimate. They came out and said they could get our door and install it. We were concerned since our door is not average but they were able to have it custom made for us. Joe and Tim came out to install the door and did a fantastic job. They called to let us know when they would get here and they were on time. They were very professional and got straight to work. When they finished installing it they made sure we knew how to work the screen and lock and answered all questions we had. They also cleaned up and left our front patio cleaner than when they started. This company was one of the best we have ever dealt with. Everyone treated us politely and did exactly as they promised and we paid less than we thought we would. We are very happy with our new front storm door."

"I hired Elite Home Paint to repaint my cabinets. Unfortunately my cabinet doors were in very bad shape, as they were partially sanded down and also had paint stripper poorly applied. As I'm a very black and white person, I reached out to Ariel and sent him photos of the doors, and he said he could do the service. When he got at my house with his crew, they saw the doors, and the service was still confirmed to be possible, even though the quality of the doors were bad. They got to it, and when I got home from work that morning (I work nights, so didn’t see the job completed until the next day), I was very disappointed. They didn’t completely sand down the doors or drawers, so all the marks that were on the units showed up on the paint, very poorly. When I contacted Ariel, he blamed the parts on being damaged and that no one would have done the service for the price he did. I explained to him that at no moment, he told me that the condition would have impacted the end product, as I thought he would properly sand and DIDN’T! As I continued to inspect the unit, I found multiple spots with paint drips, parts completely poorly painted, still white (I painted my cabinets black btw). I tried contacting Ariel to try to settle this peacefully and he basically told me the job was done, and BLOCKED my phone number (I know this because when I call it goes directly to voice mail, and when I use a friends phone, he picked up. Sent a msg through Facebook as well and completely ignored. I would leave it alone if it were just the spots of the poor sanding, but all the white spots is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor service, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company."
