Several roofers said they had a minimum charge so a small repair would start at $250 or $500. Andrei showede pictures of the problem, gave me a fair estimate, explained what he would do and did that in addition to sealing nails even in the neighbors side of the house."

"I needed a soffit / facia repair done. Don came out and explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. The price was great for the work done and better, he was able to come out the same week to do the job. He and his crew were out when they said they'd be out and completed the work in the time he gave. The actual work looks amazing and so much nicer than what was there.
