Dryer Vent Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Gutter Clean and Downspouts , and 1 more
"Power washing the front of our home to remove the green mold there was only one of many services that HomeSmiles completed for us in one day. They did a great job with all of them, especially the dryer vent cleaning, which was the first time that had been done in 19 years! I never thought about the types of maintenance that the HomeSmiles guys completed for us, but my wife later told me that she thought about them - a lot - and it bothered her. Now she feels very relieved that those yearly tasks are off her plate - and she doesn't have to think about them anymore - since we'll be having HomeSmiles back each year. That alone is well worth the cost!"

Window cleaning
"Joshâ s group of Cleaning Windows, inside and out, were extra professional. All the guys aim to please in doing anything I requested extra in removing heavy things in the way, cutting bushes, tracks. I have three skylights, one was on the roof while the other inside pointing out any spots either missed. In fact they did this on most all windows. Then go back many times to check again after finished. I call their work, â a gift that keeps on givingâ all the weeks thereafter, it is a pleasure to see clearer through them. What a gift for elderly parents. They all were absolutely pleasant and respectful."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
