The result was just what I wanted, and unique and pretty stunning. On time and under budget. Latest project was a complete kitchen remodel. Everything was demolished. New kitchen island created with sink, counter and dishwasher (that required cracking concrete and moving plumbing. All new kitchen cabinets, pantry, counters, backsplash, flooring. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."

In most cities, you’re required to have a building permit in order to construct a pool house on your property. The exact type of permit varies by region—in some areas, it might cost as much as $2,700 to get the necessary permits, while other cities don’t require any permits for structures under 200 square feet.
If you’re building a custom pool house, you can expect the entire process to take two to three months from the design phase to the end of construction, or even as much as a year for very large or complex pool houses. If you’re installing a prefabricated kit or shed, the process is much faster—usually one to three days.
Most pool houses can range from 100 square feet to 800 square feet. Smaller pool houses are about 100 to 150 square feet, while a spacious pool house is at least 300 square feet.
