He was very professional, friendly and diligent in his work of installing the Kohler Walk-in bath tub. Mr. Leach was careful. He thoroughly cleaned the installation area upon completion of the job. At the conclusion of the project you'd never know construction had taken place--no mess, no problems, no disappointment. He took time to explain the product and made sure we were absolutely satisfied before he left. I was quite surprised that the installation took only a day without any inconvenience. Excellent workmanship! The resulting product is absolutely beautiful! An aside. From the first visit with NewPro/Kohler sales representative David Padilla to subsequent contacts with his associate David Ingram the process went smoothly. Both were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accessible after the sale. Both created the impression that their goal was for complete customer satisfaction --refreshing and appreciated!
