"I had trees removed. Got a total of 4 estimates before I chose BTSLV. Steve is one salty dude, for sure. However, you can be confident that he knows his area of expertise, and he does awesome work! I'm giving him 5 stars in every category, though we had a bit of a rocky start, and in spite of the fact he left a little debris in my back yard (in an area that he told me he'd take care of when he gave me original estimate, yo - lol). I know if I called him, he'd come back and handle it though, because he does care about his customers, as well as his business reputation. His crew is organized - they came, they set up, and they conquered the job in half a day, definitely a well oiled machine. For extra bucks they dialed in the front yard, trimming bushes, pulling weeds, checked drip system. Looks great! He is an arborist, so it may be a while until I need tree service again, but will use him when I do, and will highly recommend him to anyone who needs tree service."

"Had an issue removing a cartridge in the tub/shower handle. Cole came in and had the cartridge removed and new one installed and handle reinstalled and it looked just like new. Even checked out our water heater and set the temp and explained the ins and outs of the control box. Friendly and personable and explained everything he was doing throughout the whole removal/install process. Very satisfied and recommend him for your handyman projects."

After a review of the our back yard and learning that I was planning to upgrading the irrigation to PVC, Jesus gave us an estimate the the same day. The price was perfect, and we decided to give Jesus and his team the entire project: including shrub removal and relocating three large barrel cactus. Amazing work.
