"The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

"Called to have a chain repaired on our window shades, the product was out of warranty which we knew. They informed me that they do not repair any of their products that were out of warranty. I stated we more than willing to pay for the service, again she stated we do not repair any product out of warranty, I could not believe they could not replace a chain, but they did say we can transfer you to our design department to have them replaced. Very POOR customer service will never use them again."
