"I called Jason in a panic as our water main was leaking thousands of gallons of water for quite awhile and we did not know. He immediately sent Andrew to assess and confirmed it was. They came out on Memorial Day and worked from 7am til 6pm tirelessly to get it all dug and fixed in one day. Herculean effort! They dug 45 feet in length. They are so passionate about what they do and so compassionate too! They did an excellent and thorough job explaining and advising every step of the way. They are the nicest people with very fair and competitive prices and superior quality customer service. Their professionalism and attention to detail and follow through did not go unnoticed. We will only be working with them going forward for all plumbing needs. So very knowledgeable and gracious. I would give them 20 stars not 5 and a big hug for being so wonderful to us!!"

"I want to express my deep frustration with the experience we had with Goettl. In 2021, we purchased a new hot water heater from them, only for it to fail just three years later—necessitating a complete replacement. While the unit was covered under a six-year parts warranty, When we contacted them to arrange the replacement, they quoted us the full price we had initially paid for the installation of the original unit, despite the warranty coverage. Their justification? “Prices have gone up.” To add to the frustration, we discovered the manufacturer date on the original system was 2019, meaning it had been sitting on the shelf for two years prior to installation. Preston, one of their representatives, admitted this should never have happened and apologized. Yet no effort was made to resolve the issue or offer any meaningful resolution—we had to push for action ourselves. Given their marketing claims, I expected Goettl to prioritize doing the right thing. They did not!"

He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was not pushy and it actually felt like talking to a pal. He set me up with an appointment for Dor Avrahami, who is a project manager. Dor came out to my home, listened to my ideas, measured and took photos. He explained their process and what to expect. The quote was ready in a few days and I stopped in to their office to for a detailed walk through of what my remodel would entail. When you expect professionalism and first class communication, Dor is your man! His daily communication skills and how he is on top of every aspect of the remodel is extremely impressive. I can't express how refreshing it was to see this level of communication and thoroughness. The cost itself is fair market, the materials used were high quality and their overall experience with vendors / makers is a huge plus. I felt I would be in good hands with this company and their reputation speaks for itself. Highly recommend."

"Install started 3/18/25 but job not finished until 3/20/25 to dispose old unit. Company did not arrive on time nor did they call re disposing old unit as scheduled and then rescheduled multiple times. My personal schedule was disrupted multiple days. The company did not act until I formally disputed my payment with my bank. This experience was horrible, stressful, and frustrating."
