"A man and woman came to my 2/2 condo, originally to deep clean my second bedroom and bathroom, because my cousin lived like a pig in my home. I needed carpet cleaning and deep cleaning of bathroom. When she gave me the quote she said $110 for the bed and bathroom, then she the rest of the condo would be another $40, a total of $150 for whole condo w/ deep cleaning of guest bed/bath. The couple came and didn't appear to use any cleaning supplies other than glass cleaner. Even the carpet never got clean. They used a tile floor vacuum on carpets and there was not even the usual carpet marks a vacuum leaves, They were here for 3 hours and while my condo is cleaner than it was it's not clean. I paid them before I actually looked around. Once I saw the soap scum still on in both showers, and floors dirty, toilets not cleaned, crumbs still behind the toaster on my counter, my carpets were never cleaned and barely vacuumed, I texted the woman I scheduled with and she was very apologetic and refunded my $150 but also indicated they don't shampoo carpet. This is what I contacted a professional cleaning company for, instead of just a local cleaning lady, and was very clear I needed carpet cleaning services because my cousin had a dog. Long story short, they said they wanted to make it up to me and send a crew and redo my cleaning for free, and I was very pleased and accepted. Scheduled it for the following week on my next day off. The day before they were supposed to come back she texted and canceled. So, I got my money back and the condo is cleaner than it was, but this is still disappointing and the price for what you get is too high. The workers only speak Spanish, so it's difficult to communicate. But they are not a thorough or professional cleaning company that does quality work. I never smelled any cleaning products. It looks like they just used a wet rag to wipe stuff half heartedly. But the lady I dealt with on the phone was very nice and tried to help, but then said the cleaning didn't cover the balcony, when I specifically remember her mentioning the balcony when I first spoke with her and wouldn't hire any cleaning company that didn't include my balcony. Kinda like not cleaning the carpet misunderstanding? I sent them a ton of pictures of still filthy areas, and they were apologetic and immediately processed my refund, but it was a real waste of time. I have to find another company now."
