Once on site, Paul Carreiro (Ed's employee) discussed options -- both long term and short term-- and the relatively urgency for each one. Paul is exceptionally knowledgeable about septic systems. He showed me things on the camera, and explained them fully. He never "talked down" to me or pressured me into doing work that can wait for 6-12 months, or longer. These guys know their stuff, and they go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction!"
