"BUYER BEWARE! I had been wanting to replace my tub with a new shower for quite some time. I saw numerous commercials for Jacuzzi Bath remodel so I decided to give them a try. The salesperson came to the house to give me a quote. I was not looking for anything elaborate but the initial quote was $26,000! It went down to $21,000; I refused. Days later his supervisor ; called (RED FLAG) to see if he could do better. He brought the price down to $16,941 but a 9 week wait. I again refused due to the wait time. Surprisingly enough he was able to change that to 5 weeks (ANOTHER RED FLAG). He quickly reviewed my contract on his laptop with sections he would explain, and I needed to initial. MY ERROR I trusted what he was saying and failed to read each section myself. Communication was fair after signing on the dotted line. The installers were pleasant, very neat and despite the possibility of this job taking more than 1 day they did stay late to complete the job. My issues: * I have brushed nickel"

"Over charged my father for a backwater valve repair gave him an invoice with no specific breakdown on the job that was done. Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done"
