"Only did about one third of the work- could not complete without me signing a waiver relieving them of any damage done to my pool surface. This was not mentioned until after approximately one third or less of the work was completed. Management was condescending and unwilling to negotiate as they wanted half of the contracted money and barely completed one third of the contract. None of the issues we hired them to correct were fixed and I have zero confidence the pool deck is actually stabilized as they claim since the technician stated to me the day he was there that he could not complete stabilization without injecting more foam which he could not do without possibly damaging the surface of my pool. After paying them more than $3,200.00 it looks worse than it did before they showed up. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"

"WARNING: DAN IS THE BIGGEST LIAR, HE WILL PROMISE ANYTHING UNTIL HE GETS THE MONEY. We hired DANN FROM PREFERRED POOL AND PAVERS (PPP) to install a paver driveway and walkways to the front of our house and the backyard. Within a month we started experiencing problems with the installation and the quality of the pavers. 1) The pavers we ordered are called MEGA SMOOTH. We have pictures of the driveway that show how NOT SMOOTH, uneven the pavers were installed; 2) The aggregate in the pavers is popping out causing holes and the pavers are degrading, 3) The pavers are moving and separating causing large gaps, 4) 2 types of pavers, "Mega Smooth" and Mega Stone" were intermixed in the installation. We were told the difference in the pavers was Mega Smooth is a 3 piece paver and Mega Stone is a 2 pc paver. This is not true, the shape/texture is very different. PPP made several unsuccessful attempts to repair the problems. New pavers were ordered to replace defective pavers, but PPP, nor the factory, could communicate what the quality standard is for the pavers to determine which pavers would be replaced from a factory defect. Also, when the first pallet of replacement pavers arrived, it was the wrong color. PPP disappeared after this. Finally, the pavers were never sealed. I BELIEVE IN KARMA AND I KNOW WHAT YOU GIVE ALWAYS COMES BACK. DAN YOU STOLE MY $20000. HERE ARE A FEW OF MANY PICTURES OF WHAT I MENTIONED ABOVE. Concrete or brick paver installation costs $8 to $25 per square foot. You'll get individually placed bricks that can add variety and color. Materials and labor are both higher than a simple concrete slab but comparable to an intricate stamped and stained design. Building a concrete patio takes between two to four days from start to finish. This timeframe includes site preparation, forming, pouring, and curing the concrete. The exact duration depends on factors such as the complexity of your design, the patio size, weather conditions, and the availability of materials and labor. Projects with intricate designs or additional features will take longer to complete.
A well-maintained concrete patio can last 30 to 50 years. And often longer with something as simple as a resurfacing. Resurfacing concrete costs $4 per square foot on average. Like most other structures, the amount of care and maintenance you put into your patio will increase its longevity and help you enjoy it for years to come.
Extending your existing patio costs the same as any new patio, or $6 to $16 per square foot on average. For example, if you want to add 50 square feet to your existing patio, expect to pay somewhere between $300 to $800 (at minimum) for that extension.
