He fixed a few holes in the wall and ceiling, fixed some plaster issues & repainted everything. He communicated clearly, professionally and frequently. I really appreciate him taking his time to do the job well instead of quick and cheaply like a lot of other painters. He also is very reasonably priced. The work team and was professional, showing up when they promised and meeting stated timelines. They prepared the areas nicely, did not splatter paint where it should not be etc, and cleaned up so well such that I did not have to follow up with any clean up. The work quality was excellent, and they handled any add-requests or changes nicely. I intend to use again to paint the outside of my house."

He checked in regularly with us before starting the job, painted sample colors on our shingles for us to see them in place and power washed the house before starting painting. "It went very well. Alan was an absolute pleasure to work with. I immediately felt comfortable with him. He answered all my questions and concerns when he first came to give me an estimate on the job. He was flexible on beginning the job. He was able to start in a few days, but I needed a month to fulfill some commitments and to get my place ready. He was very understanding, and we agreed on a date. He arrived on the day we set, and he and his co-worker finished in the time he said he would. I was thrilled with the results. "I usually do not write reviews because most contractors that I have worked with over the years will tell you one thing but deliver something else. I got three quotes but Brian's was the least expensive. I hired Brian to redo my swirl patterned ceilings which were in disrepair. He clearly explained the process and promised me brand new ceilings. His workers showed up before the scheduled time, prepared the area, and left my house as found. I could not be happier with the work that Brian delivered. As a result, I asked Brian to paint the area and that was perfectly done. Brian is now the person I will call for all future painting jobs. "The flaking, cracking, peeling paint spoke clearly: it was time to repaint the house. We didn’t dispute the facts. We didn’t welcome the message. We didn’t realize how satisfying the painting project was going to be. When Christopher Ortoloni arrived, he first walked around our house and then rang the bell. Afterwards, all of us walked around the property while Chris addressed fading paint, hardened caulk, and portions of the house that are exposed to more extreme weather cycles. He was careful and precise and offered valuable suggestions on how to preserve the structure. We have lived in our house for more than 40 years. Chris noted that we had kept it up. Once he completed his analysis, we didn’t want any other painter. We were not disappointed. Chris and his son Bob did a wonderful job. His price was fair, and his work was meticulous. "I hired this company for painting my kitchen cabinets and was very upset with the service I received. From the beginning communication was poor, I was not told any updates and my house was left unlocked everyday with lights left on after the team left. When the project was done I had to have them come back to fix the overspray and paint splatter on my walls. My stove and counters were not covered when painting resulting in paint getting into these surfaces. The painting edges on all cabinets and on the trim was messy and all over the place in which I was told to wipe off with a cloth. My basement was left a mess and the painters helped themself to pieces of wood they assumed was scrape to use as painting supports- they ended up being pieces of a personal project I was working on. My wood floors were scratched by them trying to remove paint from my floors. At the end of this I was told this was normal practice and to hire a cleaning crew. Felt disrespected during this entire project."
