"Yesterday, I spoke to Taylor from Appliance Repair Now. Taylor owns this business and yesterday’s conversation was the second of two. I originally called to discuss options on repair of a refrigerator. A piece broke off the molded insert from inside one of the doors. Taylor took time from his busy schedule to discuss repair options. He provided answers directly responsive to my questions. He was very thorough, patient, personable - all of the qualities that a customer hopes to find in an appliance repair technician. After reflecting on our repair options and in my second call, we discussed my decision to purchase a new refrigerator. Taylor indicated that my wife and I had chosen a model from a solid company that provided a good product. He also educated me on the workings of a manufacturer’s warranty and extended warranties. He explained that because of how these warranties work, we are unable to retain Taylor’s service for installation or service during the manufacturer’s warranty.
