I contacted multiple contractors including QPS without realizing it was the original firm that did the work in 2011. I didn’t expect any warranty coverage for the repair. Rob showed up, immediately recognized me, we reconciled and we proceeded to go over the needed work. Without hesitation, Rob, immediately said he would fix the work and not charge me for the labor or materials. I was floored, like I stated, he did the work over 5 years ago at the time, I expected nothing. He went above and beyond to make it right, above any expectations I had. Every time something was mentioned that needed to be fixed had to fight and argue to get someone to come out and fix the issue, workers walked off the job leaving my house to be open to water damage with rain storm approaching, had to secure my house myself from water damage.
