Unfortunately, the previous owner had allowed tenants to have pets and the floor was riddled with pet stains and gouges. Not only did Dustin bring the floors back to a wonderful condition, he took it upon himself to find wood that matched the floor and replaced the areas with pet stain as well. "Both the owner, Shannon Alexander, and his assistant, Melvin (Moe) Lee, spent six days professionally refinishing original hardwood floors that had been subject to decades of various stains and carpet glue. They seamlessly repaired gaps between original floors and entry ways, sanded, stained and coated the entire flooring with two coats of polyurethane. The result is spectacular! My 1929 home feels cozy and authentic with Early American oak floors. They started and completed the job as contracted, consulted me every step of the way, and were both professional and courteous. An absolute Dream Team!"

"Kitchen sink was clogged as some dummy put eggshells in the disposal. I was connected to Rust Belt and they came the same day. They replaced some of the pvc piping underneath the sink in addition to clearing the blockage. They cleaned up afterwards. Price was reasonable, especially under the circumstances."
