"Bill came about an hour after I called, evaluated the problem, went and got the part, came back and installed, all fixed and working within 4 hours. I had called the big box store where I bought it and they said they could come out in 4 days. He was prompt, friendly and good price. Hoping I won't need anything fixed again, but if any appliances break I will definitely call Neighborhood Appliances again."
