We needed repairs in various areas and specifically used a drone to specifically pinpoint where our areas of need were on our roof. He showed us pics of the troubled spots and gave us an honest, reasonable price of 1,300. He sent us a contract after a few days, and we did not have to chase after him. He sent a contract true to what he said he was going to do. His crew came out a week later, upon our request, and finished up the repairs before end of day. They did the repairs within a week of signing the contract. The next time it rained a small mount of water still leaked into the attic and when I contacted Phil from A1 Pro, he said would take a look and came within two days. He determined possible cause of leak and scheduled the additional repairs very quickly at no additional costs. Phil called after last rain to be sure work prevented water from entering attic, nice touch.
