Lenny did a fantastic job repairing the sill and all the framing around it, installing water barriers and metal flashing, and making sure we never have this problem again. Lenny is responsive, honest, and does high quality work. He checked in with me at various steps along the way, clearly explained what work he was going to do and why, and was always conscientious of the financial cost to me. Lenny will be my go to person for future house repairs and renovation projects!"

"Found on HomeAdvisor. Project to stain all newly installed pine & oak windows & casings for 20 windows/casings & 1 door casing in our home. Repaired bay window seat board by sanding & refinishing w/ stain & polyurethane. Easy to communicate on website for project, estimate & ?'s. Great advice on using Pre-Stain, Stain & Polyurethane & how pine & oak woods can only absorb so many coats of stain, which helped make decision on which stain products to use. Competitively priced & came down on price as well. I filled nail holes & sanded casings myself. Claudio completed job in 3days by prepping windows w/painters tape & covered floors, stain 2coats & polyurethane 2coats. Stain colors came out beautiful & very happy w/ overall job. To do ourselves would have taken more than 3days & would not of come out as good as it did. Benjamin Moore is only store that samples stains on wood I brought in, which was helpful in choosing colors. Highly recommend Claudio Painting & Home Improvement, Inc."
