After an hour of diagnostics, he identified the problem and fixed it. He came again the next day with new filters and replaced our old ones with marginal additional charge. Staro is a guy who will fix the problem, and not tell you to replace everything like some others. Highly recommended."

He offered to come the same day which I was unable to schedule. We then decided on 8am two days later. These days I expect people to show up late or in some cases not at all so I wasn't overly hopeful. However he came on time and got right to work. Everything we needed was done quickly and smoothly.
