"I canâ t say enough of how pleased we are with the end result. We had water damage and mold from a roof leak on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. Jim (owner) was very professional and flexible to work around our schedule to complete the repair. We had 3 other estimates and Top Notch was the easy choice. Top Notch is the perfect company name as it represents their top notch service and work! I would not hesitate to recommend Too Notch to anyone. I know we have more projects and we will be using Top Notch again."

"It's with disappointment that I am writing this review and will probably not utilize Homeadvisor again. I don't like writing reviews, especially bad ones for small contractors trying to make a living. Vasco Properties was hired to build an 1800sq foot addition under a residence that I had raised. I went with Vasco Properties because he was willing to do the rough framing, let me take over once framing was done and was offering me the chance to purchase materials at his price. When Vasco  first took the job and reviewed the plans, Adam, owner, advised he could have it done in two weeks. After the house was raised Adam suggested that I put a steel beam in to make lowering the house easier. He also advised that he could have a steel beam within three days. After getting approval from Engineer, the steel beam was ordered. It took two weeks for the beam to delivered, a "far cry" from three days. A second steel beam had to be ordered for another area of the house and it took around three weeks for that delivery. If Adam had stuck to the original plans all that time wasted waiting for beams would not have occured. While I believe Adam and his crew did a good job, he has been horrible when it comes to communication. I have texted, called and sent emails throughout this entire process that will go unanswered most of the time. As I write this review, Adam has not responded to an email sent last week or responded to a detailed voicemail left on his cellphone."

"Esham Builders helped my wife and I build a modern 4-season sun porch to replace an old modular 3-season porch that had seen better days. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure the final product was exactly what we wanted. All of the workers and contractors were cordial and professional. Larry, our job foreman, was wonderful, diligently staying on top of the job as the work progressed, making changes as necessary, and moving things along as quickly as possible while adeptly handling weather, scheduling, and permit issues. The carpenter who installed the tongue-in-groove cypress on the walls and ceiling was a master craftsman. His work was exceptional. We highly recommend Esham Builders and would use them again in the future."

"Dustin did both of my bathrooms in my Rehoboth Beach condo - completely gutted and redone top to bottom. Dustin worked with me to customize virtually all of the elements. Price was fair; top quality work; always responsive. Easily the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. I’m just sad I have no more bathrooms to renovate."

"Only test of time will ultimately tell.The roof looks great and no leaks so far. Jordan Reed did a great job seeing to what ever had to be done.He had things under control. I have no problems so far with this roof job. If I Knew now the way thing went I would have had it done last year. Spicer Bros. was reasonable and very helpful putting things back after the job was over.They helped this 71 yr old with screens on top of house.Jordan is an excellent asset to Spicer company."

"Fantastic! Devin and his team remodeled three of the four bedrooms in my townhouse in Clarendon: the first about four years ago and the other two bathrooms two years ago. He also built me a new closet in the master bedroom. The entire experience was amazing. The work is top quality - years later it still looks perfect and I have not had any problems - and his team is polite, professional, timely and they left my home spotless when they left. And since the work has been completed, Devin has helped me with little issues for free whenever I needed help. He is truly a talented professional and a stellar person. Can’t recommend highly enough!"
