"This was a BIG job. The house had old batten board siding that was rotted out in many places. We also had many windowsills that were deteriorating with dry rot. The PBA crew did work that was not only conscientious, it was masterful. They replace all of the rotten boards first, then applied the new siding, and covered all of the sills, soffits, etc with custom molded solutions. They didn't just cover things up with siding, they fixed the issues first. They caulked around all the windows, offered to replace our outdoor lighting at no extra labor charge, and installed cool looking borders around our exterior outlets and fixtures. Stepping back into the yard, it looks like a new house, and viewed up close, you can see that the crew knew what they were doing. I rarely feel this strongly about a company's delivery, but this was above and beyond excellent. Highly recommend."

"My 20 year old vinyl siding started leaking 4 years ago. I tried troubleshooting myself, calling a window repair guy, then a gutter guy, but the leak continued. I posted my issue on Angie and got a quick call back from Juan Carlos. He came out and immediately saw the issue regarding how flashing (missing) at an intersecting roof line will degrade the underlying sheeting and leak over time. Juan Carlos 's crew were out the same week I received the estimate and completed a two story replacement of OSB sheeting, wrap and new new vinyl siding, all in 2 days. Workmanship was impressive."

Easton declined to do that work. However they were very responsive to my initial request and their price was reasonable. "We hired Blue Springs Siding and Windows to install new insulated vinyl siding, fascia, soffits, and gutters on our house. We talked to A LOT of different companies and chose Blue Springs. They werenâ t the least expensive but the quality of their products more than justified the slightly higher price. When it comes to something as important as the entire outside of your house, cheap isnâ t a good idea. You get what you pay for and Blue Springs more than delivered especially when you factor in the lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship. The crew that worked on our house was fantastic. They showed up when they said they would and worked 10 - 12 hour days to complete our project far more quickly than we had anticipated. The before and after pictures of our house are absolutely amazing!"

From Armond taking my first call and answering questions, to Joel talking us through each option and helping us decide colors (we picked Deep Ocean and Artic White trim). From Stefanie and Crystal in the office helping with questions along the way and Cliff being available almost all day, every day during our week of install. I had so much anxiety the week of construction, not knowing what they'd find tearing off siding on a 66 year old house. Cliff was so patient and walked us through every issue that came up. He ensured all of our fears and concerns were addressed and helped us find practical solutions to some placement issues we had with vents, lights and wires on our old house. "Midtown was quick to respond to a request for an appointment. The salesperson they sent out was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. Scheduling was terrific providing updates as to when the order was received, processed, complete and ready for install. The install was amazing - longer than I expected but we had some huge windows replaced. They even hit a small snag and had the problem solved in minutes. Pretty great experience overall. Price is a little hard to swallow but we love the product and how it looks along with the efficiency. Would have been nice to have one final cleaning of the windows on the outside after the install to get rid of caulk/suction marks."
