Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. We will call them again when we get ready to remodel our kitchen. Allshire is a good company because it is made of good people."

"Jason at Northstar Landscaing demoed our old deck and build our replacement deck. I opted for pressure treated lumber. I am giving him a 5 star review which he deserves. Old deck came out in one day. New deck was built in a timely manner even working around mid-November weather. My family and I are very happy with the new deck ! Even the city inspector called it a "good looking deck" and he inspects them daily. We generally don't accept payment until the job is complete on smaller jobs, on larger jobs however, we can work out a payment schedule based upon the amount of work completed.
