He was able to sand it thoroughly before applying a darker stain in order to hide any of the existing previous damage. He made many other repairs to areas that needed attention. He has fair pricing and works well with the property owners who are out of state and a local realtor during every stage of the work. Here are some photos showing the finished product. "Gil Ramirez Construction did a fantastic job on the wood floors in my house. They refinished old bedroom floors that were under carpet and matched the stain perfectly to the living room. They installed new wood flooring in an additional bedroom and family room and matched the grain and stain to the old floors. Gil was very good with his communication skills and stayed on the job daily to complete it as soon as possible. The work site was left very clean when the job was completed and the price was very fair. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship."
