I had an intermittently functioning heat system where we almost replaced the $300 Next thermostat and ran a 40 foot power wire through the walls, which would have cost quite a bit. Instead, a very capable man did the right testing and found we only needed a capacitor and he had one on his truck. He then spent another hour removing the dirty fan and cleaning the whole system with Shopvac and garden hose. We'd been breathing all this dusty air and did not know it. They came the day we called and everything was handled expertly after two weeks of problems with heat and incorrect solutions suggested. Highly recommended and I will save their number!"

I really appreciate how their quote was itemized so you know what you're paying for rather than a single lump sum quote. They not only addressed all the problems I had identified, but also suggested several other improvements that could be done to the system and other maintenance on the roof. No pressure, but they were things I was happy to have them take care of too."

I bought a replacement thermocouple (approx $20) the day before from a local appliance parts dealer and Frank installed it. Cost to install the new thermocouple wire was $200. Frank was knowledgeable, competent and fast and I haven't had any more problems with the water heater since then. I'm a happy customer. Thank you Frank!!!"
