One made an appointment and did not show. David Bond of Landpro called; he was in the area and asked to come by to access the job. He arrived about fifteen minutes later. We agreed upon a price and credit card payment. Less than twenty minutes after arrival, he was done. He even hauled the debris away. It was easy money, as I stressed to the other contractors.
