"I had received recommendations from others about companies with which to contract. Ryanalmighty was not One of them. This is a new company and I took a chance/gamble. I was somewhat convinced upon speaking with Ryan on the phone and realized I had made the right choice when he completed the work. He kept me informed about his projected arrival. After he came, he inspected the two pieces of furniture to clean, and wrote up the contract. He convinced me to add scotch guarding. When he completed the upholstery work, he brought to my attention that he had tested his cleaning product on my large Tibetan area rug and he felt that he accentuate the color by cleaning it. So I amended the contract for shampoo/clean the carpet. The carpet looks exquisite the following day. The furniture will need another day to dry with all the cushions that he cleaned. He looked over several other areas in my house and offered suggestions. He was careful, communicative and had very reasonably work. I recommend him highly."

"I had Chimney Cricket out for a quote. The workman was very knowledgeable and I was ready for them to perform the work. They entered my home, reviewed the fireplaces, and told me how they would fix them. After that, I called and called. I called the gentleman who came to provide the quote. He couldn't help me. I called the office again and again. They said they would get me a quote. One never arrived. I had another company come out and repair the problems while still waiting for Chimney Cricket to continue the engagement. I finally got a call from the office (after I had had the work done) and she said she was following up on the quote. The quote they had never sent. The workman seemed knowledgeable, but I took the day off and let workmen into my house just so that I would spend time chasing them and STILL never receive a quote. If they cannot even get me quote, what are the chances they would show up to do the repair? Or follow up if something went wrong?"

My driveway everywhere. He definitely did more than he needed to do and I was beyond impressed. He was also very courteous and I couldn’t find anyone. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT'S A SCAM! Darren and partner came November 13th 2024. Once in the house, they pressured my 91 year old mother to spend an additional $1,200 for spray coating "to keep fiberglass and asbestos from blowing out"! She paid. After they left we could see they not clean the entire duct system, faking it by just doing the first few feet. Then we discovered insulation that they had "coated" inside several ducts had fallen down and was blocking air flow on the inside! Their sloppy work got spray coating on the ceiling around every vent, and the shiny bright white of the coating is a different white from the ceilings. We called them to address these issues on 11/14, 11/15, and 11/18, 11/19, and finally 11/20 a woman said Darren would be here 11/25 to assess. No one showed up. We called dozens of times throughout the rest of November, December, and January. No one answered or showed up. These are destructive, incompetent dishonest scammers. Avoid like the plague."

"Sabria and her team at Taylor Maids did great doing a one-time, deep clean on our newly-purchased home. The cleaner she sent got the job done well, and Sabria also gets bonus points for being the only person/company I had Angi send messages to that actually followed my instructions of "please text or email" (I was suffering from a cold and a bad sore throat at the time and did not want to speak over the phone); all other companies called me and left messages instead, so I appreciate very much that she texted! We plan to hire Taylor again to clean our apartment once we are fully moved into our new house. Thank you, Sabria & Team! :)"
