"I was very impressed by Superior Rain Gutters. First, they answer their phone. Second, when they came out they spend lots of time with my wife and I answering questions. They had examples of their product and described how the install happened. I was very impressed. There was a small issue when a down spout was installed in a incorrect location (we were not present for most of the work). With a quick phone call though, the team was back out shortly and corrected the issue. They are extremely customer service oriented and made it obvious that we mattered. Overall I would recommend this company because 1) They answer their phones and are punctual. 2) They make it extremely obvious that your opinion matters. They are the most customer service oriented contractor I have met. 3) They went above and beyond in just about every way. Very impressed."

"I found Utah Innovation Exterior online when I was searching for a stucco contractor. At first I was hesitant in using them, because they only had one review and had been in business for just over a year. I let Mario know my concerns. He told me that yes, his company was fairly new, but his guys all had many years of experience. We needed to have all the stucco removed from the front of our home, because it was installed wrong when our home was built in the '90s and it was damaged. Utah Innovation Exterior came out and gave us a bid. Their bid was very competitive and they were able to fit us in fairly soon.. They tore off all of the old stucco, installed weatherproof paper, that was left off when the house was built. We had Mario's guys install synthetic stucco. They found we had some rotten lumber in the framing of a bay window. They were able to remove that and reframe it for us, for a bit more money without us having to hire a separate contractor for that. The stucco job that they did for us turned out very nice. I had several neighbors tell us how good it looked. His crew went above and beyond what we asked them to do. They resurfaced our foundation above the soil line up to where the stucco starts to give it a new fresh look. They even fixed a wind damaged soffit section for us. I feel that Utah Innovation Exterior did a very good job for us. I would recommend them and I would use them again."

"Kevin from LeafFilter came out to inspect my gutters. He was very knowledgeable, and informed me about the system I had, and that they were unable to service it if I wanted to keep my warranty. He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."

"We had CCR install a new roof 3 years ago. And wow! What a difference. I keep the temp in the house in the mid 70's during the summer, the first 6 years we lived in our house it usually creeped up to the mid 80's inside when the outside gets hot. But not since CCR installed the new roof. The a/c kicks on less often and the thermostat says it's exactly the temp I set. This company and employees were very professional. They removed our tar and gravel roof, replaced a section of rotted wood, laid a layer of insulation and put on a membrane. The cleanup was complete, they left no debris in the yard. And they were super quick. Excellent pricing. I would recommend CCR."
