We don't have customers, we have Clients and Clients enter relationships. We start with a no-charge in home visit and assessment. This way we can begin to see and capture your vision and then we set out to "Bring that Vision to Life". We then put together a proposal, renderings and a sample package. Under contract, the company set a four-week completion date. We are currently into week #12 and still not completed. Material purchased was verified on hand then later indicated it was not. Would recommend for initial design only, but subcontract the actual work"
