            Comment: I have a heavy duty Italian ice cart that is about 10' long and maybe 3' Deep and 4' tall. It also has signage on top that lights up and when attached, makes the cart about 8'- 10' tall. It has wheels but not to roll very far, more to roll onto a trailer to haul. It is made to code and has 4 sinks with hot and cold water, fully contained with a freezer that holds the product. Everything is stainless steel. It is a very nice set up. I'm wondering the cheapest way to enclose it. Maybe by buying an enclosed trailer and cutting an opening out of one of the sides as a window and rolling cart inside. But the top that lights up is probably too tall. Basically, I want 3 sides and a top added and enough room for 2 people to stand and serve the Italian ice, so I'm not loading and unloading it onto a trailer at the beginning and end of each day. Where it is mounted somehow onto a trailer and I just hook and unhook it to my truck, and I'm out of the direct sunlight all summer. I have pictures if needed but I would like the end result to look like one piece. Kinda like you see the snow cone stands but Mobil so I can drive it anywhere I want or leave it sitting at the mall all summer in one spot. I probably need to be able to close the one side down and lock it each day
